General Terms of Participation

A. GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please read carefully the following General Terms of Participation, which form an integral part of the travel contract, before registering for any of our trips.

B. ORGANIZER

Our agency based in Xanthi (35-37 Andreou Dimitriou Street), GNTO license no. 0104E60000003101, organizes trips. Your participation constitutes a contract between you and the Agency.

C. CLIENT (TRAVELER)

Your participation in one of our programs entails the unconditional acceptance of these terms.

From the moment you purchase a package, we consider that you have accepted the following terms.

1. Responsibilities of our travel agency

The Agency acts purely as an intermediary and its responsibilities are limited to organizational failures attributable to its own fault.

2. Client obligations

Each client is personally responsible for obtaining and safeguarding necessary travel documents (passport, visas, certificates, etc.).

3. Purchasing a package

You can purchase one of our trips if you are over 18. Payment of the full amount is required to secure seats.

4. Prices

Trip prices are shown on the website and include all mandatory charges (fees, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.).

5. Cancellation by the client

Cancellation must be made in writing to the agency and takes effect from the date of its proven receipt.

6. Airline tickets

For packages with low-cost carrier tickets, different cancellation terms apply — no changes or refunds are permitted after purchase.

7. Hotels – accommodation

Rooms are usually available at 14:00 and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.

8. Insurance

The agency has professional liability insurance covering claims arising from non-performance or defective performance of the travel contract.

9. Settlement of disputes

Greek law applies and the courts of Xanthi are competent to resolve any disputes.
